ABOUT OUR FOUNDERS:
Jason and Annette have been married for 22 years and have three children. Travis, Jake and Savannah. Jason and Annette have a history of competitive softball and met playing on a local co-ed softball team. Both sons have participated heavily in baseball, football and wrestling. Savannah was a little different and mostly enjoyed horses. All family members are avid hunters and enjoy fishing, sports, gardening and spending time with the family. Both Jason and Annette have enjoyed many years of coaching youth baseball and softball. They moved to the country in 2005 and have always desired the country life. Since living in the country they have come to love all the things it offers them. They love to spend time with their horses and dogs. They currently have two beautiful paint horses, two German shepherd dogs and two cats.
Before being the best Custom Greenhouse Builder Colorado has, the McFadden’s have been involved with local Colorado rodeos, because unlike her brothers, Savannah has chosen horses instead of sports. Savannah has participated in County 4-H and has been a member of the local drill team for 7 years. She has also participated as the Elbert County Queen royalty and is currently the Deer trail Lady in Waiting and will be crowned Deer Trail Rodeo Queen in July 2022. Jason and Annette enjoy volunteering at some of the local rodeos.
Most importantly, the McFadden family pride’s themselves on Faith and family. They give all the Custom Greenhouse Builder Colorado credit and contribute their blessings to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
OUR EXPERIENCE:
Jason was raised in Portland Or and he attended college in Coeur D’ Alene, ID, where he played on the local community college baseball team. He has been in Colorado area for over 25 years and has been involved in the construction industry here in Colorado ever since his arrival. He has worked in many areas and aspects of the construction industry, many of those years have been in the custom metal roofing field. Jason has managed multi-million- dollar metal roofing projects all over Colorado and has also installed some of historical Denver’s most elegant, detailed and creative copper roofing projects.
Jason pursued a path in repairing greenhouses in 2014 and has installed and repaired many industrial and commercial size greenhouses throughout the United States. During this time, Jason learned he had a passion for greenhouses and had the opportunity to gain a tremendous amount of greenhouse installation and growing knowledge.
Annette is a native of Colorado, she grew up in the Southwest Denver/Englewood area. Annette attended Community college in Littleton Colorado, where she took classes in landscape design and construction management.
Annette started working for the State of Colorado at an early age. She worked for the State of Colorado for over 27 years. Annette has held several positions working for two State agencies. During her State tenure, Annette has managed a $34 Million dollar budget for the Department of Transportation. She also managed the CDOT ‘s Grant Program for several years. Annette later, went on to write many grants for her local area. She still likes to assist in grant writing when there is an opportunity to help.
Annette also has a background in Emergency Management, Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness for the Department of Revenue. Annette has always had an interest in emergency preparedness and encouraging efforts in sustainability. She has taken numerous hours of training on planning and recovering from a natural or economic disaster. Annette believes that sustainability is an avenue that everyone can pursue, regardless of where they live.
Annette has always had a passion for gardening and growing. As a child her mother and grandmother were both avid gardeners. Annette witnessed the benefits of growing your own food and she learned a lot about growing in the Colorado climate. Annette really advanced the love for gardening when she attended her local county master gardening training. Annette learned many important components of the growing process, as well as specifically growing in Colorado and the challenges of Colorado growing. Annette has learned about what products and crops are best suited for our zones
HOW WE WERE FOUNDED
After traveling throughout the country and participating in amazing greenhouse builds, Jason really desired to be closer to his family during two of the kid’s high school years. So, with all his construction background and Annette’s desire to be sustainable and grow, together they designed a beautiful cedar greenhouse that incorporated the weather protection of Colorado’s extreme weather conditions as well as the curb appeal and usefulness. created and founded Colorado Greenhouse Builders LLC in 2018.
OUR TEAM:
Since 2018 Jason and Annette have also involved their middle son Jake into the greenhouse business. Jake has previously worked in the excavating business and enjoys working in dirt and has heavy equipment experience and knowledge. Jake has enjoyed learning about the geothermal heating process. Jake has since mastered the geothermal heating process and has become our expert. Jake has a love for sports and excels in baseball, football and wrestling, He also is an avid hunter. Jake has received many awards as a high school athlete.
In 2021 Larry Perrault joined our Greenhouse team. Larry is a retired Command Sergeant Major in the US Army. He served in the US Army for 26 years and has done four tours in Iraq. Larry also served in the US Marines for six years. Larry has also pursued his Computer Science degree while actively serving in the military. Larry grew up in Mesa Arizona. Larry and his wife Sharon have raised four children, 2 boys and 2 girls. He is an outstanding musician and is an asset to our greenhouse team!
Since our start-up n 2018, Our team have built many beautiful cedar greenhouses throughout Colorado, Nebraska and South Dakota. Our company strives to create happy growers with every Custom Greenhouse Builder Colorado.

Colorado Greenhouse Builders serves the entire Mid-west area. We have built greenhouses in Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska and South Dakota. We are currently stretching to Oklahoma, Kansas, Montana and Idaho.
